Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
- Returns should be booked within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received
How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a credit of the same value to your account, which can be redeemed in a period of 1 months.
Broken Items
Should an item be broken, please email us on Bataniyacare@gmail.com within 2 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on Bataniyacare@gmail.com days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect, and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
